Guest Experience & Property Manager - Palermo

Location: Palermo, Italy
Contract: Flexible
Languages: Fluent English and Italian required

We are looking for a warm, proactive and hospitality-focused Guest Experience & Property Manager to take ownership of the guest journey from pre-arrival through to check-out and post-stay follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage guest communication before, during and after their stay.
- Coordinate check-ins, check-outs and guest requests.
- Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
- Liaise with cleaning, maintenance and local service providers.
- Recommend and coordinate local activities, restaurants and curated experiences.
- Handle guest issues professionally and efficiently.
- Support the development of local partnerships and guest experiences.

About You

- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Palermo.
- Warm,



personable and naturally welcoming.
- Highly organised, proactive and independent.
- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, property management or concierge services is preferred.

Personality and attitude are just as important as experience. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and takes pride in making guests feel welcome and well looked after.

A flexible contract arrangement is available and will be discussed with the right candidate.
