We are looking for a Quality System Engineer to join our Industrial team and support the continuous development of our Quality Management System, contributing to the standardization of processes and the continuous improvement of our manufacturing organization.

This role is ideal for an engineer with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys working at the intersection of quality, processes, and documentation in a dynamic industrial environment.

Main Responsibilities

- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other applicable standards.
- Develop, review, and update quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, process flows, forms, and standards.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, R&D;, and other departments to document, standardize, and continuously improve business processes.
- Support the definition and implementation of quality standards across different functions and manufacturing sites.
- Assist in planning and conducting internal audits, ensuring the timely follow-up of corrective actions.




- Monitor quality KPIs and support the analysis of data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by promoting process consistency, standardization, and best practices.
- Support training activities related to quality procedures and management system requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Quality Systems, Quality Assurance, Process Engineering, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001; familiarity with IATF 16949 is considered a plus.
- Ability to write clear, structured technical documentation.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

- Experience with process mapping or document management tools.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Internal auditor qualification (ISO 9001 or IATF 16949).
- Experience in the automotive or industrial manufacturing sector.

Retribuzione: €28.000,00 - €35.000,00 all'anno
