About the role
You will be based at our HQ in Minturno (LT), within the technical service and production team. You will handle maintenance, repair and testing of the products, contributing to continuous quality improvement, working alongside more experienced technicians and following defined procedures. You will also contribute to assembly and production activities, helping with mechanical assembly and the production of cable harnesses. It is a path designed to grow your electronics skills and build familiarity with lighting control systems. Occasional travel in Italy and abroad is expected (around 10%), to suppliers or customers for on-site activities.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and repair work on electronic equipment, following technical procedures and ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Contribute to assembly and production activities, performing mechanical assembly and wiring according to production sheets.
- Perform functional tests and QC/commissioning procedures on the products, verifying that they work correctly.
- Support fault diagnosis and component replacement, working alongside the team's technicians.
- Manage the technical documentation relating to the work carried out.
- Complete reports to track and resolve quality non-conformities.
- Maintain the spare parts inventory and monitor its turnover.
Requirements
- Good manual skills and confidence with measuring instruments and soldering.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and printed circuit boards, with the ability to repair and replace electronic components and related parts.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
- Basic use of control systems for moving lights to support testing and commissioning (e.g. grandMA).
- Basic knowledge of English (A2 level), for manuals and technical terminology.
- Basic IT skills: Microsoft Office and email.
- Availability for occasional travel in Italy and abroad (around 10%).
Preferred skills
- Interest in the lighting industry and in entertainment (Live Events, Film & TV, Theatre).
- Technical background in electronics or electrical engineering (preferred).
- General basic knowledge of computer networks.

Contract and compensation
- Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract, subsequently converting to a permanent contract.
- Classification: CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria, livello D2.
- Compensation: RAL from €25,750 to €27,500 gross per year over 13 mensilità, with professional growth prospects based on commitment and skills.
