Are you passionate about numbers and eager to understand business performance in the beauty retail industry?Join our Finance – Planning & Control (FP&A) team and gain hands‑on experience supporting business decisions and monitoring store performance in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of our stores and retail network.Support monthly closing and reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.Consolidate data from multiple systems to produce meaningful business insights.Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders.Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and identify key business drivers.Act as a business partner with Finance, Retail and Operations teams to support performance improvement actions.Contribute to budgeting,



forecasting and business planning processes.QualificationsGraduate in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related fields.Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint.Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Proactive attitude, curiosity and a genuine interest in the retail and beauty industry dynamics.Fluent in English (written and spoken).BenefitsExperience within a dynamic and growing beauty retail environment.Exposure to core Finance and Controlling processes (reporting, budgeting, forecasting).Direct interaction with cross‑functional teams and business stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
