Talent Acquisition Partner at Brightmachines. About the role Brightmachines is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment efforts at our Florence, Kentucky manufacturing facility. You will manage the entire hiring lifecycle for both high-volume hourly production staff and specialized operations roles to support our AI infrastructure manufacturing.

What you'll do
Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and operations positions from initial intake to offer.
Execute high-volume hiring strategies for production teams working across 24/7 shifts.
Recruit for a variety of exempt and non-exempt manufacturing support roles.
Collaborate with HR and Operations leadership to align hiring plans with production forecasts.
Develop sourcing channels including job boards, referrals, social media, community groups, and technical schools.
Organize and attend job fairs, walk-in interview days, and community outreach events.
Manage the interview process, screen candidates, and coach hiring managers on selection.
Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and funnel health within the Lever ATS.
Advise leadership on market compensation trends and interviewing best practices.
Enhance our local employer brand to attract top talent in the manufacturing sector.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Background in recruiting for industrial, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing settings.
Proven success in high-volume hourly recruitment.
Experience hiring for both exempt and non-exempt roles.
Proficiency in sourcing talent across diverse channels.
Experience planning and executing community-based hiring events.
Practical experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities.
Nice to have
Prior experience supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations.
Specific experience recruiting for assembly, warehouse, or skilled manufacturing positions.
Work history in a high-growth or startup manufacturing environment.
Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline. xlwpduy
