About the role
Become a vital member of sibill's Sales team as a Sales Development Representative. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Italy. Your primary responsibility will be to identify their financial hurdles and guide them toward effective solutions using our integrated platform. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn quickly, excel in a dynamic environment, and play a significant role in driving the company's growth.

Compensation: €36,000 - €40,000 OTE, plus uncapped bonuses with accelerators

What you'll do
Develop a deep understanding of the sibill product and its applications to effectively advise businesses on their needs.
Conduct thorough qualification of Italian SMEs on a daily basis, pinpointing those with relevant challenges and appropriate timing for engagement.
Engage with prospects via phone, maintaining high standards of interaction volume and quality, while actively listening to their needs to spark interest.
Schedule and conduct high-quality product demonstrations that create real opportunities for the Account Executives.
Take ownership of your sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities and managing your time effectively.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that can enhance overall team performance.
Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and manage leads efficiently, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product features and market trends, enhancing your ability to serve clients effectively.
Provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions to help improve the platform and address market needs.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics that align with company goals and objectives.
Foster strong relationships with potential clients, establishing trust and credibility to facilitate successful conversions.

Requirements
Previous experience in a sales role within a fast-paced environment is essential.
Ability to handle a high volume of interactions, with a target of over 70 daily engagements.
Strong personal drive and high standards of performance, with a commitment to exceeding goals.
Enjoy engaging with entrepreneurs, quickly understanding complex challenges, and proposing effective solutions.
Resilience in the face of rejection, using setbacks as motivation for future success.
Proactive approach to tasks, taking ownership and seeking solutions independently without waiting for guidance.

The compensation package includes a fixed salary along with a variable premio structure that offers uncapped earning potential, with additional accelerators for surpassing targets.

The selection process consists of several interviews: a brief 15-minute chat with Lucia from the People team, a 60-minute discussion with Massimiliano, the SDR Team Leader, a 60-minute interview with Andrea, the Head of Sales, and a final 30-minute conversation with Mattia, the CEO.
