Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives within the assigned zone.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive business growth.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to create compelling promotional campaigns and sales initiatives tailored to the regions.
Coordinate with other functional departments such as finance, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
Manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize sales performance while maintaining cost control.
Implement effective training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing its values and vision while nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Sales Manager / Area Manager / District Manager.
Preferably with a degree in engineering or economics.
Strong knowledge of automotive technology.
Strong passion for automotive sector.
Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Adapt at self-motivation and rapid adaptation in the working environment
