Sales Manager/Business Development Manager
Engineering Thermoplastics & Specialty Compounds

EPM Scientific have partnered exclusively with a leading European manufacturer of engineering thermoplastics and specialty compounds , supplying innovative material solutions to customers across automotive, electrical & electronics, industrial and consumer markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to lead business development and strategic account growth across Europe , while working closely with senior leadership and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Drive profitable growth through new business development across Europe.
Manage and develop key strategic customer relationships.
Identify new opportunities with OEMs, Tier 1s, moulders, processors and distributors.
Lead technically complex sales projects and customer developments.
Work closely with Technical Service, R&D; and Product Management teams.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and new application opportunities.
Support forecasting,



business planning and commercial strategy execution.

Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales or key account management.
Background within engineering thermoplastics, technical compounds, polymers, masterbatch, additives or specialty chemicals .
Strong track record of winning new business and growing strategic accounts.
Experience operating across multiple European markets.
Commercially driven with a strong hunter mentality.
Fluent English & Italian required. German, French or Spanish would be advantageous.
Willingness to travel across Europe.
