Through our smart logistics platform, Cello, we deliver innovative supply chain solutions to leading companies worldwide optimizing everything from transport to warehouse operations.We are looking for a Junior IT Project Manager who will support local IT projects for logistics systems, coordinate carrier integrations, translate business needs into functional specifications, and manage project timelines and deployments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead local IT initiatives focused on logistics systems and digital transformation.Coordinate carrier integration projects (EDI, API, SFTP) with logistics partners and regional headquarters.Gather business requirements and convert them into clear functional specifications.Oversee project scope, schedules, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.Collaborate with HQ development teams and external technology vendors.Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.Support system enhancements and continuous improvement efforts.Monitor production issues and manage incident resolution with relevant teams.Maintain Cello TMS configurations and provide operational support when needed.Prepare project documentation, process maps,
and user guides.Assist stakeholders across Operations, Warehouse, Transport, and Customer Service.RequirementsApproximately three years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or the implementation of logistics systemsIT system maintenance experience is a mustFluency in English and ItalianSolid understanding of logistics operations and processesProven experience in delivering IT projects or implementing business systemsFamiliarity with EDI/API integrations is an advantageProject Management certification is considered a plusStrong expertise in logistics operations and workflow optimizationDemonstrated ability to solve problems with a practical, hands‑on approachCapacity to perform effectively in fast‑paced, complex, and evolving environmentsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with customers, partners, and internal teamsCustomer‑focused mindset combined with strong teamwork skillsWhat we offer:Financial premio based on your performanceWellness program which allows free or discounted access to many gyms and sporting clubsPrivate insurance for medical expenses for the employee and for his/her familyPrivate insurance for professional or non-professional accidentLuncheon Voucher equal to 12,00 for each daySalary range for this role is 35-45k bruttoWhat We Offer#J-18808-Ljbffr
