The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church’s, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities. /p pbJOB PURPOSE /b /p pPrada Group is looking for a Content Factory Junior Producer, who will support brand campaigns, video and photo productions from planning to delivery. /p pThe candidate will collaborate in the creation of the content of brand campaigns, E-Commerce and digital productions, assisting in the overseeing of the production internal process, collaborating with external suppliers. /p pThe candidate will support the team with the scheduled goals and deadlines, contribute to budget tracking and work in collaboration with the production team, ecommerce team, visual merchandising, retail, engineering. /p pbRESPONSIBILITIES /b /p ul liSupport and monitor the projects throughout the production process end-to-end. /li liCollaborate with stylists, photographers, filmmakers, artists, editors, supporting team engagement across the project. /li liWork closely with the e‑merchandising team to plan and track e‑commerce activities. /li liContribute to planning, budgeting, scheduling and executing production activities. /li liScout and source resources (inside the company or external suppliers) to produce the content.



/li liSupport negotiations with freelancers and contracts review. /li liContribute to building a rich network of photographers, model agencies, stylists, artists, illustrators, costumers. /li liOrganize business trips and activities for offsite productions. /li /ul pbKNOWLEDGE SKILLS /b /p p1 - 2 years of relevant experience in content creation and production in Fashion Companies or Production Agencies for Fashion. /p pPrevious experience in E‑commerce production is considered a plus. /p pExcellent knowledge of English. /p pExcellent command of Microsoft office, Adobe and photographic tools. /p pApple knowledge is a plus. /p pExperience of video and photo production equipment. /p pExcellent organizational skills. /p pA collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast‑changing environment. /p pJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
