These activities include managing and coordinating the flow of information and reporting and tracking issues arising in advance of handover. The successful candidate will be client facing with proven communication and organizational skills, reporting directly to the Client’s regional manager. /ph3Key Responsibilities Of The Role /h3ulliPlanning, scheduling, and managing all of the integration activities associated with a data center campus. Integration scope includes Telecoms, Audio Visual (AV), Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Radio Over IP (ROIP) and Security. /liliPartner collaboratively with cross‑functional teams (design engineering, construction, other project controls functions, finance, etc.) to understand requirements and ensure alignment to scope, schedule and budget.



/liliEngage related clients vendors that perform design and implementation services related to our support systems that are required for each data center. /liliTrack and ensure successful completion all integration tasks associated with delivery critical milestones such as Colo Ready. /liliDevelop, track and provide oversight of all integration budget line items including vendor’s labor and equipment cost. /liliCoordinate Integration project meetings, site visits, trip reports, and producing meeting minutes to coordinate and record project progress. /liliCoordinate scope and change management activities across related teams for all of the integration services. /liliIdentify, track and manage project risks as well as raise awareness through the client leadership teams. Ensure proper communication with all stakeholders as well as develop and execute a mitigation strategy to minimize impact on overall program. /liliReporting to Senior Management and Client team as necessary. /liliCreate project and regional level status reports and deliver presentations to senior management as necessary. /li /ulh3Essential Criteria For The Role /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, electrical engineering, construction management or similar experience. /liliBISCI accredited. /lili10+ years’ experience in IT or construction related project management. /liliSelf‑starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously. /liliExperience managing large scale enterprise projects with both localized and virtual teams. /li /ulbMercury is an equal opportunities employer. /b /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
