The Site Manager is responsible for the overall on-site execution of utility-scale solar PV projects, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery in line with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations for solar PV construction projects
Coordinate subcontractors (civil, mechanical, electrical) and site teams
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and promote a strong safety culture
Monitor project schedule and progress, reporting to the Project Manager
Oversee installation of PV modules, mounting structures, inverters, and cabling
Ensure quality control and adherence to design and engineering specifications
Interface with xlwpduy clients, consultants, and local authorities when required
Manage site logistics, materials, and equipment
Support commissioning and handover activities
Reference will be given to candidates currently based in Italy.
