HR GENERALIST

Mission

To monitor HR KPIs and define action plan to guarantee their achievement. To ensure the correct management of administration activities to guarantee an effective application. To ensure the individualization of the Talents and the deployment of annual goals. To ensure a linear and transparent communication within the Plant stakeholders.

Responsabilities:

- Control of main industrial indicators such as Headcount, Overtime, Absenteeism percentage, number of injuries, Turnover, Vacation

- Support plant administration activities (Form and ticket Management new hiring, change position, Employees Time Management, Cigo/Cigs, ….)

- Process payroll and Attendance Management process on the basis of labor law and CCSL disposals

- Training Process Management (starting course, reporting, training courses uploaded in the platform, training documentations,



induction newcomers ....)

- Monitoring Performance Evaluation Process in every phase (from target setting to calibration)

- Support of MMS activities with a specific focus on Shop Floor Level

- Verifying the implementation of people development plans (BC & WC) according to the individual potentialities owned.

- Control and guarantee the adequate application of company policies.

- Internal Communication Process Management
