and organizational development.Key Activities:HR Operations & AdministrationContribute to onboarding and offboarding processesHelp ensure compliance with internal policies and proceduresSupport the updating of hiring documentRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling)Participate in interviews and candidate evaluation processesCreate shortlists for hiring managers and ensure compliance with the recruitment processSupporting with SHL assessmentRepresent the company at career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives, acting as a brand ambassador to attract top talentBuild, develop, and manage strategic relationships with universities, business schools, and external talent pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of high-quality candidatesReporting and analytics activitiesQualifications:Degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, or similar roles.Strong interest in building a career in Human ResourcesProactive, resourceful, and hands-on attitudeStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks with attention to detailAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint (creation of professional presentations and reporting materials)Familiarity with AI-powered tools and digital HR technologies (e.G., AI for recruitment screening, data analysis, content creation) is considered a strong plusGood overall knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteFluency in English; What We Offer:Annual gross salary ranging from €****** to €******; Supplementary health insurance; A culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.Our company is committed to diversity and inclusion.
