/ppFor more information, please visit HONOR online at /ppbr / /ppstrongPosition: Retail Area Manager /strong /ppstrongJob location: Milan /strong /ppbr / /ppstronguResponsibilities: /u /strong /pulliPlan and implement the overall store strategy /liliCollaborate with the marketing team to develop a marketing store strategy /liliWork with store security guard to investigate any suspicious activity /liliRecruit and hire new store employees /liliTrain and evaluate store employees /liliCreate a healthy and enjoyable store work environment /liliTrack and report on store KPIs /liliTrain store employees on corporate policies and procedures /liliDevelop relationships with key suppliers and vendors /liliUse the appropriate software to keep track of inventory losses and/or shrinkage /liliSuggest new operational strategies to improve store's performance and productivity /liliWork with analyst to review performance of team /li /ulpbr / /ppstronguQualifications: /u /strong /pulli3-5years of experience as a Retail Manager in consumer smart phone, PCs, hardware, retail or retails partners.
