/p pThis is a key leadership position responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring full compliance with ISO **** standards and driving a strong quality culture across the organization.
/p h3Offerta /h3 pKey Responsibilities /p ul liDefine and implement the Quality Management System aligned with ISO **** and business objectives /li liEnsure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all functions /li liLead internal and external audit activities, managing relationships with certification bodies /li liMonitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives /li liOversee non-conformities, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective actions /li liManage supplier quality, including evaluation, qualification, and audits /li liEnsure control of processes, documentation, and product quality from incoming materials to final release /li liPromote data-driven decision-making through the use of statistical tools /li liCollaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and technical teams /li liEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards /li liLead, coach, and develop the Quality team /li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 pA successful Quality Plant Manager should have: /p ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred)
or equivalent experience /li liSignificant experience in Quality roles within manufacturing/industrial environments /li liStrong knowledge of ISO **** and Quality Management Systems /li liExperience in leading audits and managing certification processes /li liSolid understanding of production processes and quality control methodologies /li liProven leadership and team management skills /li liStrong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li liFamiliarity with statistical tools and quality methodologies /li liProficiency in MS Office and quality-related IT systems /li liEnglish proficiency: B2/C1 level /li /ul h3Completa l'offerta /h3 ul liCompetitive salary ranging from €55,000 to €60,000 per year.
