/ppAs a Supervisor for the Serravalle Store, you will be an Ambassador of the brand, effectively motivating the team to maximize profitable sales whilst ensuring KPI's and guidelines are delivered.

/b /ph3Job responsibilities /h3h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3h3Brand Ambassador /h3ulliExcite and instill passion and pride for the brand /liliEmbody the brand image for customers and the store team and have a strong understanding of the brand DNA /liliLead by example and demonstrate role model behavior that is always representative of the brand adhering to the dress codes and appearance guidelines /li /ulh3General Store VM/ Client Management /h3ulliReflect the visual merchandising guidelines promoting the brand image /liliEnhance customer service standards in store to ensure the best client journey /li /ulh3Sales/ Business Monitoring /h3ulliWelcome all clients to ensure they feel comfortable in the environment and educate them about the brand /liliBuild and maintain a relationship with them /liliIntroduce additional complementary products targeted to your client and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets /liliProcess the sale in a confident and professional manner /liliGather the client's CRM details to enlarge your client book /liliDrive your product knowledge by keeping up to date with fashion trends /liliUpdate yourself on all product lines through research /liliEnsure all Company policies and procedures are attended /liliSupport control and management of stock /li /ulh3Team Management/ Back Office /h3ulliLead the team through morning briefings, objective setting and trainings.
/liliCreate a team spirit whilst managing, motivating and driving the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency /liliEnsure all Company policies and procedures are adhered to /liliInstruct and supervise staff in the correct execution of operating procedures, pricing, merchandise receipt, product returns /liliEvaluate the performance of each Sales Associate and provide constant feedback to ensure results /liliResponsible for the day-to-day needs of the business and administration.
/li /ulh3PROFILE EXPERIENCE: /h3ulliA minimum of 3 years' experience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environment /liliExperience in selling RTW / LG /liliPassion for fashion and sales /liliA commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client's needs and experience /liliExcellent personal presentation – a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador /liliUnderstanding of Retail KPIs /liliA fluent level in English is essential and additional languages are an advantage /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
