ph3Azienda /h3 pA leading international real estate investment company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Finance Administration team in Milan. /p h3Offerta /h3 h3Accounting Reporting /h3 ul liOversee the accounting and financial reporting activities of 8 SPVs. /li liEnsure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. /li liReview general ledger accounts, reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany transactions. /li liCoordinate the preparation of statutory financial statements and supporting schedules. /li liEnsure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal procedures. /li /ul h3Tax Regulatory Compliance /h3 ul liCoordinate tax compliance activities, including VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding tax requirements, with the support of external advisors. /li liEnsure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations. /li liSupport external audits and act as a key point of contact for auditors and consultants. /li /ul h3Team Coordination /h3 ul liManage and coordinate a team of 4 accountants, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. /li liMonitor workload allocation and ensure timely completion of all accounting activities. /li liPromote and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with Asset Management, Property Management, Treasury, and other internal functions. /li liSupport the Finance Manager in responding to ad hoc requests from management and shareholders. /li liLiaise with banks, external consultants, service providers, and auditors. /li /ul h3Process Improvement /h3 ul liIdentify and implement efficiencies in accounting and reporting processes.
