Global Process Engineer - Tooling, Fixtures, Lifting Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role you will develop and deploy global process and equipment standards to improve reliability, uptime, and performance of Aero Alliance manufacturing. You will analyze data, collaborate across factories, and lead standardization efforts to reduce costs and introduce new technologies. You'll guide asset life?cycle decisions, QA processes, and preventative maintenance while fostering a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement. The position offers shaping global manufacturing standards and driving cross?functional impact in a high?velocity, safety?conscious environment.

Develop and deploy tooling, fixture, and lift equipment standards across the global factories
Qualify and improve manufacturing and equipment processes, define and implement global standards
Define, control, and communicate global processes for manufacturing assets, including maintenance and spare parts strategy
Validate new processes with cross?functional teams (EHS, Quality, Materials, Sourcing)
Partner with channels on new repair processes and qualifications
Develop reliability improvement strategies using FMEA and RCA
Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering,



and safety to implement preventive/predictive programs
Lead continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve quality
Lead investigations into failures, implement robust corrective actions
Provide technical support for asset management, including life?cycle analysis and spare parts optimization
Train local factory manufacturing engineers to deepen process/equipment expertise
Participate in design/installation of new equipment with a reliability?focused approach
Interpret internal/external business challenges and share best practices to improve products/processes
Make informed decisions using multiple internal/external sources and challenge set parameters
Lead functional teams/projects with limited resources and influence others
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
7+ years of industrial manufacturing or quality experience (US)
5+ years in a technical manufacturing engineering role with tooling/fixtures expertise
Strong engineering and quality process knowledge
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, and schematics
