ppReporting to the HR Director, the Senior People Cost Performance Analyst is responsible for leading global people cost planning and delivering workforce analytics to support strategic business decisions. /p pThe role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and people cost reviews while developing analyses that combine HR, financial, productivity, and business data. Working closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders, the role drives data-driven workforce planning and organizational performance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pPeople Cost Planning Control /p ul liLead the global people cost budgeting, forecasting, and review processes. /li liMonitor headcount and personnel costs, analyzing variances and key cost drivers. /li liSupport workforce planning through financial scenarios and forecasts. /li liPartner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate and consistent planning. /li /ul pPeople Performance Analytics /p ul liDevelop analytics combining workforce, financial, productivity, and business data. /li liDefine and monitor people and organizational performance KPIs. /li liDeliver insights and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making. /li /ul pReporting Systems /p ul liSupport the enhancement of HR reporting and planning tools,



ensuring data quality and process efficiency. /li liPartner with IT to drive the automation and digitalization of HR reporting and analytics. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. /li li8+ years of experience in HR Controlling, People Analytics, Workforce Planning or Cost Controlling. /li liStrong experience in people cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting. /li liAdvanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI or equivalent); SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liBusiness acumen and stakeholder management. /li liCross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement mindset. /li liAccuracy, ownership, and attention to detail. /li liFlexibility. /li /ul pThe position offers a base salary in the range of b€50,000–€65,000 /b. /p pRemuneration is determined using objective, gender-neutral criteria. /p pWithin the stated salary range, individual compensation is based on factors such as knowledge, skills, relevant experience, tenure, and education or professional training. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
