/pp This role requires a strong combination of technology leadership, budget ownership, vendor management, and people leadership, alongside a solid technical background in modern software development environments based on Java, Open Source technologies, Cloud, and Microservices architectures.
/pp The successful candidate will partner closely with executive leadership to drive the company's technology vision, ensure operational excellence, and support business growth through scalable and innovative technology solutions.
/pp Key Responsibilities /pp Technology Leadership /pulli Define and execute the company's IT and technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
/lili Lead the evolution of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and software engineering practices.
/lili Drive innovation and continuous improvement across applications, infrastructure, security, and operations.
/lili Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of business-critical systems.
/li /ulp IT Governance Operations /pulli Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service delivery.
/lili Establish governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
/lili Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational requirements.
/lili Implement KPIs, metrics, and reporting to monitor IT performance and business value.




/li /ulp Budget Management Financial Planning /pulli Own and manage the overall IT budget.
/lili Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
/lili Monitor IT spending and identify opportunities for optimization and cost efficiency.
/lili Build business cases and investment proposals for strategic technology initiatives.
/li /ulp Vendor Stakeholder Management /pulli Manage relationships with international technology vendors, service providers, and strategic partners.
/lili Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and commercial terms.
/lili Ensure vendor performance aligns with agreed SLAs and business expectations.
/lili Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
/li /ulp Engineering Leadership /pulli Lead and mentor software engineering and technology teams.
/lili Support recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
/lili Promote Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern engineering standards.
/lili Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
/li /ulp Required Experience /pp Essential /pp Proven experience as a CTO, Head of IT, IT Director, or senior technology leader /pp Strong experience managing:



/pulli IT budgets and financial planning /lili Technology forecasting and investment roadmaps /lili International vendors and outsourcing partners /lili Cross-functional and geographically distributed teams /li /ulp Solid software engineering background with exposure to: /pulli Java ecosystems /lili Open Source technologies /lili Microservices architectures /lili Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) /lili APIs and distributed systems /li /ulp Experience leading technology transformation and modernization initiatives /pp Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with C-Level executives /pp Experience in hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing technology teams /pp Preferred /pulli Experience within fast-growing digital businesses or technology-driven organizations.
/lili Knowledge of modern DevOps and CI/CD practices.
/lili Exposure to data platforms, AI initiatives, or digital transformation programmes.
/lili Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
