p Our luxury womenswear brand is looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to join our Milan team and contribute to the growth of our online business.
p We are looking for a digital professional with at least two years of experience, driven by curiosity, precision, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about the digital world.
/pp In this role, you will report to the Ecommerce Manager and collaborate closely with the Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure a seamless and elevated online experience aligned with the brand's vision.
/pp KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /pp Boutique Management /pulli Manage product uploads,



and catalogue accuracy on tallermarmo.com and marketplace /lili Write product descriptions in line with the brand tone of voice and luxury positioning /lili Maintain consistent visual merchandising across the Online Boutique /lili Ensure the right assortment is available at the right time /lili Supervise and contribute to newsletters /lili Monitor site functionality and coordinate with the technical team /li /ulp Order Inventory Oversight /pulli Coordinate with Customer Care to ensure timely and thoughtful service /lili Monitor orders, payments, and inventory levels /lili Anticipate restocks and manage supplies to prevent stockouts /li /ulp Analysis Reporting /pulli Monitor and interpret key performance metrics to guide strategic decisions /li /ulp Contents /pulli Collaborate with creative teams to support campaigns, launches, and traffic-driving initiatives /li /ulp REQUIREMENTS /pulli Minimum 2 years of experience in Ecommerce /lili Solid understanding of Shopify and Google Analytics /lili Proficient in Excel /li /ulp SKILLS /pulli Thoughtful, proactive, and solution-oriented /lili Collaborative with a strong sense of ownership /lili Detail-driven and able to oversee processes end-to-end /li /ul /p
