Experteer Overview
In this role, you will perform installation and commissioning of high voltage equipment at customer sites, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to meet expectations and maintain strong relationships.
You will troubleshoot on-site issues, prepare documentation, and report outcomes, contributing to continuous improvements in operations and service.
The position involves significant travel to sites and a focus on safety, integrity, and customer impact.
Responsibilities
Perform installation and commissioning of high voltage equipment and routine maintenance at customer sites
Apply health, safety and environmental standards and report unsafe practices and incidents
Coordinate materials, parts, and equipment to ensure readiness for activities




Prepare and obtain customer sign-off on required documents; report work progress in a timely manner
Troubleshoot equipment failures and propose improvements to prevent recurrence
Maintain customer satisfaction by aligning work with orders and expectations
Provide recommendations to management to improve operations and service
Embed Hitachi Energy safety and integrity values in daily actions
Requirements
Technical diploma and/or degree
Good knowledge of Italian and English
Experience in a similar HV Products role is a plus
Ability to work independently and coordinate field technicians
Flexible with strong problem-solving abilities
Willingness to travel ******%
