ppThe Production Supervisor manages assembly and testing activities, ensuring execution following production plans, priorities, and quality standards.
/p pYou will play an important part in leading and developing the production team daily, monitoring performance, and supporting the resolution of operational issues, reporting directly to the Production Manager.

/p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate daily assembly and testing activities to provide a smooth production flow /li liLead production operators on the shopfloor, encouraging a collaborative and high-performance team environment /li liAssign tasks and manage workforce deployment based on production priorities and capacity /li liMonitor team performance and ensure understanding of daily and weekly production targets /li liAnalyze main production Measurements (efficiency, productivity, output, and schedule adherence) /li liSupport team performance through feedback, and management /li liManage team dynamics, including conflict resolution and engagement, to maintain a positive working environment /li liIdentify and elevate operational issues, driving problem resolution together with support responsibilities /li liBuild daily, weekly, and monthly production plans /li liEnsure full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards /li liCollaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality,
and Supply Chain /li /ul h3The Essentials – You Will Have /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment /li liExperience in assembly or production line operations /li liExperience People Management, including leading, motivating, and developing teams in a shopfloor environment /li liManage team dynamics, provide feedback, and resolve conflicts /li liBasic knowledge of production Measurements (efficiency, productivity, output) /li liFamiliarity with manufacturing systems and tools (e.g. SAP, Excel) /li liIntermediate level of English (written and spoken) /li /ul h3The Preferred – You Might Also Have /h3 ul liExperience with Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, A3, and root cause analysis) /li liKnowledge of line balancing and production flow optimization /li liExperience working with Measurement dashboards and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI) /li liExperience in continuous improvement projects /li liExperience in team development activities such as coaching, or skill matrix management /li liWork in a structured and data-driven environment /li /ul h3What We Offer/ Our benefits package includes: /h3 ul liVolunteer Paid Time off available after 6 months of employment for eligible employees /li liCompany volunteer and donation matching program – Your volunteer hours or personal cash donations to an eligible charity can be matched with a charitable donation.
