/pp Role description /pp We're looking for a candidate to join Prometeon Tyre Group RD Testing Department as Outdoor Testing Engineer Intern.
/pp The ideal candidate has knowledge in mechanical and electrical engineering with on-the-field, fast problem-solving attitude.
/pp If you are a precise and goal-oriented person willing to see how concretely the testing helps to develop, to improve and to innovate the product take the chance and apply.
/pp Key Responsibilities /pp The person identified will be responsible of the following activities in 3 main areas (for the Commercial truck, Bus and the Agricultural fields): /pp Product testing /pulli Assure the execution of product testing respecting the deadlines, optimizing the assigned resources, and guaranteeing the quality of results.
/lili Guarantee the correct application of the experimental and type-approval methods in the assigned team.
/lili Vehicles setting up for testing with complex equipment.
/li /ulp Technical equipment testing /pulli Manage the testing machineries and instrumentations, by ensuring that all the activities of maintenance, calibration, use and upgrading of the equipment are properly carried out.
/lili Control the reliability of the assigned equipment and deal properly with any technical problem.
/li /ulp Standard and regulations /pulli During the assigned testing activities,
assure the compliance with the Health Safety and Environmental regulations laws and the European/Worldwide Regulation for type-approving tests.
/li /ulp Requirements /pulli Accademic: Currently pursuing a Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automotive, or Electronic Engineering.
/lili Technical: Solid understanding of vehicle dynamics, mechanical systems, and basic electrical/electronic principles.
/lili Digital: Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel in particular.
Basic knowledge of MATLAB and/or Python.
/lili Languages: Fluency in Italian and professional English proficiency.
/lili Travel: Availability for frequent business trip mainly in Italy /li /ulp Soft Skills Mindset /pulli Problem-Solving: Proactive attitude when facing technical glitches on machines, vehicles or test benches /lili Reliability: Ability to respect strict deadlines and optimize resources while maintaining high-quality results.

/lili Knowledge of Truck and Heavy Agricultural machines.
