/ph3Responsibilities /h3pThe selected candidate will be responsible for: /pulliManage and coordinate Non-Conformance (NC) processes from identification to closure /liliLead and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone) /liliDrive and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA/RCCA) to ensure sustainable solutions /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, RD, Suppliers) to resolve issues effectively /liliAnalyze quality data and trends to identify systemic issues and process improvement /liliInterface with suppliers for quality-related issues and corrective actions (if applicable) /liliDevelop and improve testing procedures for NPI and released products /liliAcquire advanced knowhow in technical environment, specifically inertial navigation and data analysis /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field /liliMinimum 3 years of proven experience in:

/liulliNon-Conformance management /liliRoot Cause Analysis and RCCA processes /li /ulliAbility to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation /liliGood knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA, SPC, etc.) /liliExperience in electronic assembly manufacturing processes (e.g., SMT, THT, testing, rework) /liliAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills /liliBasic Knowledge of MATLAB /li /ulpemIn compliance with regulations on the secure handling of certain information, Italian citizenship is required.
