ESET Italy is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the complete employee journey from recruitment to offboarding.
You'll be the sole HR representative in the Milan office, coordinating payroll, contracts, Workday data, and local HR strategies while collaborating with the global HR team.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years in HR, strong knowledge of Italian labor law, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
