Finance Manager
.
Reporting directly to the local CEO and to Group Management, the successful candidate will oversee Finance, Controlling, Tax, HR Administration and Compliance, ensuring full alignment with both local regulations and Group standards.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Controllin
g - Prepare monthly reporting packages in line with Group guidelines and deadlines, including IFRS reporting where applicable; lead the annual budgeting process and prepare forecasts and financial plans; monitor budget vs. actual performance, analyse variances, production costs, margins and profitability, and provide insights to support management decision-making
Accounting & Ta
x - Oversee general accounting, including AR and AP, and ensure the accuracy of accounting transactions and monthly closings; coordinate the preparation of statutory financial statements with external advisors; manage domestic and international VAT compliance (EU and non-EU transactions) as well as periodic and annual tax filings
Treasury & Performanc
e - Manage cash flow planning, monitor Net Working Capital, and define, track and report key financial and operational KPIs
HR Administratio
n - Manage personnel administration, including employment contracts and amendments, in accordance with the Metalworking Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico); coordinate payroll with external providers and manage attendance data; act as the local interface with the Group HR function
Compliance & Internal Contro
l - Develop and continuously improve internal control procedures and administrative processes; manage corporate insurance policies and coordinate external auditors, tax advisors and legal consultants
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role within an industrial or manufacturing environment, ideally including team coordination
Solid background in accounting, taxation and administrative management, with a strong command of Italian accounting principles and IFRS
Proven expertise in VAT management and tax compliance, and advanced budgeting, forecasting and management control skills
Working knowledge of the Metalworking Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico)
Strong ERP knowledge, preferably SAP, and advanced Excel skills.
Familiarity with consolidation and reporting tools (e.g. LucaNet) and BI platforms such as Power BI is considered a plus
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Hands-on, analytical and results-oriented, with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, sound problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage senior management and external advisors
Other informations:
Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €60,000-€70,000, depending on experience and qualifications
Annual premio of approximately 15% of gross annual salary, linked to individual and company performance
Company car for both business and personal use
