We are seeking a driven, reliable
1st or 2nd Year Apprentice Carpenter
to join our team.
Based out of Lara, we deliver high-quality residential projects across the West.
This is not just a job; it is a genuine opportunity to learn the trade from the ground up, working alongside experienced tradespeople who take pride in mentoring the next generation of builders.
What Your Day to Day Looks Like
Structural Framing:
Assisting with timber framing, lock-up, and fixing stages.
Blueprint Translation:
Learning how to read, interpret, and execute site plans accurately.
Tool Mastery:
Safely operating a wide range of hand and power tools under expert supervision.
Site Management:
Maintaining a clean, organised, and hazard-free workspace.
Team Operations:
Assisting with general site labour and manual handling to keep projects moving smoothly.
What You Bring to the Team
Reliable & Punctual:
You understand that a construction team relies on everyone showing up on time, every day.
Physically Resilient:
You are comfortable with manual labour and enjoy working outdoors across all seasons.
A Sharp Learner:
You listen closely, take direction well,



and possess the confidence to ask questions when you need clarity.
Safety-Focused:
You prioritise the well-being of yourself and your crew above all else.
Non?Negotiable Requirements
To be considered for this role, you
must
possess:
A valid
Construction Induction Card (White Card)
.
A current
Driver's License
and a
reliable vehicle
(essential for travelling to various sites).
A genuine passion for carpentry and a long?term commitment to completing your 4?year apprenticeship.
