Heritage Holdings is seeking a Legal Operations Intern to join our Milan-based legal team, bridging law, investments and operations. You will work closely with senior lawyers to support the end-to-end lifecycle of investments, from onboarding investors to managing documentation.

Responsibilities include coordinating subscription agreements, reviewing transaction documents, maintaining trackers, and helping ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
