/ppWe are looking for a Engagement External Relations Assistant to work in the Front-Desk Workforce Planning Unit of EFSA.

/ppRetribuzione annua: *****€ - *****€ /ppbr / /ppThe interim will: /pulliSupport the preparatory work to design engagement and communication activities targeting internal and external stakeholders; /liliManage engagement and communication with external stakeholders across different channels, including social media (e.g.



LinkedIn); /liliProvide support for activities put in place by EFSA to assist applicants in preparing dossiers for food and feed products requiring EFSA#39;s evaluation; /liliSupport the preparation of materials (e.g. visuals) for social media and other channels; /liliContribute to the preparation and implementation of communication initiatives aimed at internal and external audiences.
/li /ulpRequirements: /pulliExcellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level); /liliExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; /liliStrong understanding of media channels and social media; /liliPrevious experience in stakeholder engagement and communication; /liliBehavioural competencies: high level of commitment, political savvy, intellectual horsepower and ability to work with others.
/li /ulpAssignment: initial contract of 3/4 months, with possibility of extension.
Expected duration of assignment 12 months.
/ppSalary: approx.
€**** per month before taxes.
/ppWork modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week.
Remote work is possible within 2 hours from EFSA#39;s premises in Parma, Italy, for the remaining days.
