pWe are currently looking for a strongDSS L1 (Desktop Support Services – Level 1) /strong professional to join our team on an on-site support role.
/ppbr / /pp strongWork Mode: /strong On-Site /pp strongEmployment Type: /strong B2B/ Freelance Contract /pp strongLocation: /strong Parma, Italy /ppbr / /ppstrong Job Responsibilities: /strong /pulliProvide Level 1 desktop support for hardware, software, and network-related issues /liliTroubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and standard business applications /liliInstall, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices /liliSupport printers, scanners, and other end-user equipment /liliHandle password resets and basic Active Directory tasks /liliConfigure email accounts and assist with VPN connectivity /liliLog, track,



and update incidents in the ticketing system /liliEscalate complex technical issues to Level 2/Level 3 teams /liliEnsure timely resolution in line with SLA requirements /li /ulpbr / /ppstrong?
