/pp Mission /pp We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our backend engineering team and help design, build, and scale high-performance software solutions.
/pp You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our products, contributing to architectural decisions, and mentoring junior developers while remaining hands-on in coding and problem-solving.
/pp Key Responsibilities /pulli Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Python applications and APIs.
/lili Contribute to the architecture and technical design of complex backend systems.
/lili Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and other engineers to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
/lili Implement and maintain unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure reliability.
/lili Optimize code and systems for performance and scalability.
/lili Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
/lili Contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
/lili Support and mentor junior developers within the team.
/li /ulp Technical Requirements /pulli Strong experience with Python 3.x and one or more major frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask).
/lili Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
/lili Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
/lili Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (e.g.,
PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
/lili Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
/lili Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
/lili Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
/lili Strong understanding of version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
/lili Experience with testing frameworks (PyTest, Unittest) and debugging tools.

/lili4+ years of professional experience in backend software development with Python.
/lili Proven track record of contributing to large-scale production systems.

/lili Knowledge of event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
/lili Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
