/p h3Position /h3 pThe candidate will join the Financial Legal Advice International Projects Team within the Corporate Affairs Financial Legal Advice Unit of the Legal Corporate Affairs Department with a direct reporting line to the head of the Team.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide legal assistance to support the cross?border offering of financial products and services from Italy to EU markets, with a specific focus on Germany.
/li liDeliver legal support on financial services, including: ul liDrafting written opinions on financial legal matters and regulatory interpretation.
/li liPreparing and reviewing contracts and communications for retail clients concerning financial products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, regulatory guidance, and internal compliance requirements.




/li liReviewing and negotiating EU financial agreements with market counterparties and contracts related to financial derivative transactions for retail clients.
/li liDrafting and negotiating commercial agreements with strategic partners (e.g., NDAs, MoU, placement and distribution agreements for financial products).
/li /ul /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExcellent knowledge of Italian civil law and financial sector regulation in EU /li liStrong understanding of financial markets, including derivatives transactions (e.g., options, CFDs, certificates).
/li liEnglish proficiency at C1–C2 level (written and spoken) /li liGerman language skills at B2 level or higher are considered a strong plus /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector, gained within banks or financial institutions et similia /li liStrong results orientation, problem?solving attitude, proactivity, flexibility, and excellent organizational skills.
