See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: /h3 pNavico Group is seeking an experienced Product Compliance Engineer to support and lead our regulatory and safety compliance activities across Navico Group product portfolio.
/p pThe role is part of the Product Compliance Team and focuses on ensuring that our products and systems meet regulatory requirements specific to marine, recreational vehicle, and off-highway industries.

/h3 h3Essential Functions /h3 ul liLead and execute product compliance activities for assigned products, ensuring alignment with global market requirements.
/li liEnsure conformity with international regulatory frameworks, including: CE Marking (EU), FCC (USA), ISED (Canada), UL/CSA/IEC safety standards, ABYC guidelines, and ISO marine standards.
/li liCoordinate testing and certification with third-party labs and notified bodies, and certification agencies.
/li liInterpret and monitor evolving international regulations, evaluating impacts on current and future products.
/li liCollaborate with hardware, software, mechanical, and systems engineering teams to integrate compliance requirements throughout product development.
/li liPrepare, review, and maintain product compliance documentation, including Technical Construction Files (TCFs), declarations, labeling specifications, and certification dossiers.
/li liProvide regulatory guidance, documentation support, and internal training on compliance topics.
/li liParticipate in regulatory and internal audits.
/li liSupport investigations related to compliance issues, field returns,
or safety concerns, contributing to corrective and preventive actions.
/li liSupport additional product categories as business needs evolve.

/h3 h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, or related field /li li3+ years of experience in product compliance, certification, testing, or regulatory engineering /li liFamiliarity with marine and/or RV regulatory environments and use cases /li liWorking knowledge of regulatory frameworks /li liKnowledge of CE/EMC/RED/LVD, FCC/ISED, UL/CSA/IEC, and RoHS/REACH frameworks /li liExcellent communication and technical writing skills in English /li liAbility to work cross-functionally in a global organization /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with DNV certification or other marine-specific standards /li liPrior experience preparing Technical Construction Files (TCF's) /li liUnderstanding of supply chain compliance impacts, including critical raw materials and end-of-life recycling /li liFamiliarity with wireless, software-driven, or digitally networked products /li liAdditional European languages /li /ul h3Working Conditions /h3 ul liThis position will be hybrid with 3 days a week onsite requirement /li liYou will work in an office along with an engineering test lab /li liOccasional domestic or international travel may be required /li /ul h3Why Brunswick /h3 pWhatever tomorrow brings, we'll be at the leading edge.
