ECS is a newly established multi-country, multi-brand, omnichannel coffee player within the Lavazza Group. We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join the ECS BusinessPMO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding how our business operates end-to-end, identifying inefficiencies, and translating insights into concrete improvement initiatives. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, a structured mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross?functional teams and senior stakeholders. What you'll do * End-to-end process mapping: Document business processes across functions, identifying the tools used at each step, the data flows, and the relevant process owners. * Pain point identification: Engage with stakeholders and analyze processes to surface inefficiencies, bottlenecks, manual workarounds, and opportunities for improvement. * Prioritization & initiative design: Assess pain points based on impact, effort, and strategic relevance, then design targeted improvement initiatives with clear objectives and expected benefits. * Implementation planning: Build actionable roadmaps to bring initiatives to life defining milestones, owners, dependencies, and success metrics, and support execution. * Stakeholder management: Act as a trusted partner for business functions, facilitating workshops, alignment sessions, and progress reviews. * Continuous improvement culture:
Contribute to building a structured approach to process excellence within the organization. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. * 3-4 years of previous experience in process improvement, business analysis, management consulting or PMO roles, with proven process mapping expertise. * Strong analytical and problem?solving skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into actionable solutions. * Solid project management capabilities and ability to manage initiatives independently. * Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; fluent English. * Detail-oriented, curious and hands?on approach, combined with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with both operational teams and senior leaders in dynamic environments. * Availability for business travel; the role can be based in Turin or Milan offices. Salary and benefits * The role is classified at Level 1 under the Italian CCNL Industria Alimentare. * Initial annual gross salary of minimum €53,000. * Premio per Obiettivi (PPO) equal to €2,500 at target level for ****.
