p Health Safety Advisor – Data Centre Projects p Milan, Italy (across two live project sites) /pp Up to €63,000 + Package /pp Full-Time, Permanent /pp Our client, a leading fit-out contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-specification projects across Europe, is seeking an experienced Health Safety Advisor to support the successful delivery of two major data centre projects in Milan .
/pp Working for a specialist subcontractor, you will be responsible for driving health, safety, and environmental standards across both sites, ensuring compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and local regulations.

/pp The Role /pp As Health Safety Advisor, you will work closely with project teams, site management, and client representatives to maintain the highest health and safety standards throughout the construction lifecycle.
/pp Key Responsibilities /pulli Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations across both project locations.
/lili Monitor compliance with company policies, client requirements, and relevant legislation.
/lili Review and monitor Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
/lili Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
/lili Support project teams in implementing safe systems of work.
/lili Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, producing detailed reports and corrective actions.
/lili Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation.
/lili Track and close out safety observations and audit findings.
/lili Liaise with client representatives,

contractors, and site stakeholders on all HSE matters.
/lili Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement across both projects.
/lili Assist with permit-to-work systems and high-risk construction activities.
/li /ulp Candidate Requirements /pulli Previous experience in a Health Safety Advisor, HSE Advisor, or similar role within the construction industry.
/lili Strong knowledge of construction health and safety legislation and best practice.
/lili Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
/lili Relevant Health Safety qualification such as NEBOSH Construction Certificate, NEBOSH General Certificate, or equivalent.
/lili Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
/lili Ability to work across multiple sites and manage competing priorities.
/lili Strong auditing, reporting, and incident investigation experience.
/li /ulp Desirable Experience /pulli Previous data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial, or commercial project experience.
/lili Experience working for a subcontractor or specialist contractor.
/lili IOSH Membership or equivalent.
/lili Knowledge of permit-to-work systems and temporary works safety requirements.
/lili Italian language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
