Luxury Fashion House Store Manager – Milan brSalary: Up to €100,000 + Premio Benefits brWe are partnering with an internationally recognised luxury fashion house to recruit an experienced Store Manager for its boutique in Milan.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and commercially driven retail leader to join a prestigious brand renowned for its strong creative vision, exceptional craftsmanship, and loyal international clientele.
brAs Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the boutique's overall performance, ensuring an elevated client experience, driving commercial success, and developing a high-performing team.
You will act as a true ambassador for the brand while maintaining the highest standards across all aspects of the business.
brDrive sales performance and achieve boutique targets through strong leadership and commercial focus brLead, motivate, coach, and develop the store team to maximise individual and collective performance.
brDevelop relationships with local and international VIP clientele.
brEnsure excellence in visual merchandising, stock management, and operational standards.
brManage staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and performance reviews.
brMaintain the highest standards of presentation, service, and brand representation.




brProven experience as a Store Manager within luxury fashion, accessories, or premium retail.
brStrong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
brExceptional leadership and team development skills.
brExperience working with demanding local and international clientele.
brStrong understanding of KPIs, clienteling, and luxury retail operations.
brHighly organised, professional, and results-oriented.
brFluent Italian and English is essential.
