YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordination and scheduling of our service technicians and external service partners
- Planning and alignment of service operations directly with our customers
- Close collaboration with our remote service team and the development department
- Independent organization and follow-up of all service assignments
- Planning and scheduling of annual inspections

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Technical education or experience
- Interest in the field of e-mobility
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Independent and structured work approach, high commitment, solution-oriented mindset
- Proficient in MS-Office
- Fluent in English, German or Italian is an advantage

- Total compensation starting from €38.000 gross per year, including a 20% variable premio based on goal achievement

The compensation indicated represents the total compensation for this role. Final compensation may vary based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the scope of responsibilities. Should the position's responsibilities, seniority level, or location differ during the recruitment process, the applicable compensation may be adjusted accordingly,
