p Senior Manager – Washing Disinfection (EMEA)p Were currently exclusively partnering with a global medical technology organisation to appoint a Senior Manager responsible for driving the commercial and marketing strategy of its Washing Disinfection portfolio across EMEA.
/pp This is a highly visible regional leadership opportunity, working closely with global product management, sales, and clinical stakeholders to shape strategy, launch new products, and accelerate growth across multiple international markets.
/pp Key Responsibilities /pulli Develop and execute the regional go-to-market strategy across the Washing Disinfection portfolio.
/lili Drive market analysis, customer segmentation, competitive intelligence, and commercial positioning.
/lili Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical experts, and industry associations.
/lili Partner with global teams to influence portfolio strategy, product lifecycle management, and innovation.
/lili Lead regional product launches, creating compelling messaging, sales tools, and marketing campaigns.
/lili Develop engaging multi-channel marketing content aligned with commercial objectives.
/lili Create customer and sales training materials that communicate product benefits and clinical value.
/lili Monitor market performance and campaign effectiveness, using data to optimise future initiatives.
/lili Influence cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, product management, and regional leadership.




/li /ulp What We're Looking For /pulli10+ years' experience in marketing, including significant experience within Washing Disinfection, infection prevention, medical devices, or a related healthcare field.
/lili Proven success leading regional marketing strategies across EMEA.
/lili Experience working within complex international matrix organisations.
/lili Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
/lili Ability to manage product launches, budgets, and cross-functional projects.
/lili Experience producing marketing content, sales enablement materials, and customer education programmes.
/lili Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
/lili Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree advantageous.
/lili Fluent English is essential, with additional European languages viewed favourably.
/lili Willingness to travel across EMEA (approximately 30%).
