brTo support our exciting growth journey, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Team Lead to join our team.
brIn this role, you will take ownership of our sea freight operations, lead a small team while actively contributing to daily business.
Lead and manage daily operations of the Sea Freight department brEnsure full compliance with internal procedures (OPS) and external regulations brEnsure high service quality and customer satisfaction brDegree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field brMinimum 3+ year experience in freight forwarding (sea freight required)brHands-on mindset with the ability to lead by example brFlexibility to support operations when needed brAdditional certifications (FIATA, customs, Lean/Six Sigma) are a plus brWork in a supportive, collaborative, and international environment
