brABOUT THE ROLE – QA/QC Coordinator (Oil Gas)brWe are looking for a QA/QC Coordinator with solid experience in the Oil Gas sector to support complex EPC projects.
brThe selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities , ensuring that project processes and deliverables comply with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and applicable standards throughout all project phases.
brCoordinate and supervise QA/QC activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual and technical requirements.
brImplement and monitor the Project Quality Management System (QMS) according to company and project standards.
brPrepare, review, and approve quality documentation such as Quality Plans, Inspection Test Plans (ITP), and procedures .
brCoordinate QA/QC inspectors and quality personnel involved in project activities.
brMonitor inspections, tests, and verification activities during fabrication, construction, installation, and commissioning phases.
brManage Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) and ensure proper implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
brInterface with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams regarding quality-related matters.
brSupport internal and external audits , ensuring compliance with international quality standards.




brTrack quality performance and promote continuous improvement initiatives .
brSupport the preparation of the final quality documentation and project dossiers (Manufacturing Record Book / Quality Dossier) .
brBachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical diploma with equivalent experience.
brMinimum 5–10 years of experience in QA/QC roles within Oil Gas projects .
brStrong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes .
brExperience with Inspection Test Plans (ITP), audits, inspections, and quality control procedures .
brFamiliarity with international standards such as ISO ****, API, ASME, and other industry regulations .
brExperience managing NCRs, corrective actions, and quality improvement processes .
brGood knowledge of the English language .
brThe position is governed by the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce and Tertiary Sector applied by our company.
brThe final salary within the stated range will be determined based on the candidate's technical skills, relevant experience in the role, and the outcome of the selection process, using objective and neutral criteria.
