/p h3Objectives and responsibilities /h3 ul liSecure NAS related order intake in Latin America through local partners /li liDevelop business opportunities in close coordination with all stakeholders of Thales' Airspace Mobility Solutions Business Line (AMS) and responsible country office /li liPrepare bidding documentation and manage assigned bid teams /li liLead and finalize respective contract negotiations with given mandates /li liTrain and manage existing local partners, identify new partners if required /li liAnalyze market trends and communicate with relevant AMS departments /li liCreate an opportunity pipeline,



qualify and implement it /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or Business Management/Administration from renowned international universities or colleges /li liComprehensive knowledge of international export business /li liBasic knowledge of business cases economic balance sheets, export control, international law, project implementation /li liRelated ability to build trust long?term relationships with business partners and end?users /li liFlexibility to address other regions if necessary /li liFluent in English and Spanish; French, Italian, or other language skills will be an advantage /li liAbility to work in multinational teams /li liCompetence to laterally manage matrix organisations of a large group of companies /li liExperience in similar industries will be an advantage /li liCommitment to achieve defined targets /li liCompetence in communications and presentations /li liWillingness to travel /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
