ph3Position /h3 /brh3Mission /h3 /brpThe candidate, based at the production site in Bagno a Ripoli, will join the Purchasing, RM Quality Control Sustainability office.
He/she will work in the field to lead the continuous production control process at supplier and manufacturer sites.
He/she will carry out the audit plan with the aim of identifying threats to the company's compliance and/or reputation.
/p /brh3Job Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliLead and support in improving the Risk Audit Practice in Fendi Industrial division; /li /brliSupport the continuous improvement of Fendi practices, processes and its supply chain maturity also in terms of Environment, Social and Governance Practice; /li /brliProvide key stakeholders and top management regular updates and reports; /li /brliCreate value during the audit with our business partners supporting them in understanding the value of the improvements and suggesting the easiest way to succeed in implementing them; /li /brliPerform quality reviews and co-audits to ensure the highest standards delivery and refine the methodology if needed; /li /brliIn coordination with the Industrial teams and supporting External Audit Firms orchestrate initiatives to engage suppliers in elevating their capacity to comply with high ESG; /li /brliRelate to the Industrial Risk Management committee,



analyzes risks and current processes to propose a monitoring strategy and action plan; /li /brliOn the field production check of workorders for industrial division; /li /brliCollaborate with colleagues of sister brands of LVMH developing synergies; /li /br /ul /brh3Profile /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or related fields; /li /brliPrior experience in the same role (at least 4/5 years) in company or consulting firm with a solid understanding of Ext.Production ESG compliance risks; /li /brliStrong knowledge of MS Office, usage of Analytics tools is a plus (i.e Power BI); /li /brliAppreciated organization and programming skills; /li /brliExcellent analytical skills; /li /brliGood relational skills; /li /brliTeam working; /li /brliAccuracy; /li /brliExcellent knowledge of spoken and written English.

/p /brpThis is only the initial annual gross salary granted to this position.
This figure has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and reflects the starting salary normally applicable to the position at the time of publication of this job posting.
/p /brpActual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs.
/p /brpThis role is also eligible for bonuses, subject to Fendi's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
