pTo strengthen its technical team, Cosmic Group#39;s hiring a Customer Support Technician to join a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing systems at customer sites, training users, and supporting internal validation and repair activities.
/ppbr / /ppstrongResponsabilities: /strong /ppPerforms on-site installation of new systems at the customer's location; /ppPerforms periodic maintenance on internal systems and customer systems at their locations; /ppProvides support (both at Cosmic and on-site) for installed systems; /ppProcesses incoming returns from customers; /ppUpdates company databases with technical findings from the work performed; /ppReports customer feedback and new requests to the Customer Support Manager.




/ppProvide internal support to the Bring-up and Failure Analysis team for: /ppValidation/repair of ATE components /ppValidation/repair of interface board components /ppConduct training for customers at our headquarters or at their facilities /ppbr / /ppstrongRequirements: /strong /pp-High school diploma in electronics or related field.
/pp-Experience, even minimal, in electronic systems assembly and repair; /pp-knowledge of written and spoken English (minimum level B1) /pp-willingness to travel an average of 25%–30% of the days in the year /ppbr / /ppThe position includes an annual gross salary of *****k € /p
