/li liDesign, develop, and maintain end?to?end features across frontend and backend in coordination with Product (and Business Stakeholders) /li liContribute to and lead technical planning and design discussions for new features.
/li liOwn features throughout their lifecycle, from design to production and iteration.
/li liImprove and evolve the codebase,



developer workflows, and engineering practices.
/li liCollaborate closely with other developers, product managers, and non?technical stakeholders.
/li liServe as a key reference point for understanding how frontend and backend components fit together in your domain /li liTake end?to?end ownership and technical leadership of a product or system domain, shaping its evolution and impact.
/li liEnsure code quality through testing, peer reviews, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
/li liParticipate in debugging, monitoring, and improving production systems.

/li liSolid understanding of security fundamentals and secure API design.

/li /ul h3Should Haves /h3 ul li2+ years of experience in an engineering role.
/li liFull?stack web development experience with bPython (Django/FastApi) /b and bTypescript (Frameworks React or Vue) /b.
/li liExperience with REST APIs and relational databases (e.g. bPostgreSQL /b).
/li liExposure to system design, data flows, and technical planning.
/li liExperience working in agile delivery teams.
/li liFamiliarity with production debugging, logging, and observability.
/li /ul h3Nice to Haves /h3 ul liExperience with healthcare or interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
/li liExperience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, or DevOps practices.
/li liFamiliarity with data protection and privacy principles (e.g. GDPR).
