Aliaxis Italia is seeking a Segment Sales Manager to lead the Infrastructure & Agriculture sales segments nationwide.
You will drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and coordinate a national sales agent network, reporting to the Domestic Sales Director Italy.
You will lead a 3-person team, define strategy, monitor KPIs, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management and Customer Service to optimize performance.
