Experteer Overview
As Accounting Specialist in our Milan-based Finance team, you will support core accounting activities and ensure compliance with local GAAP and IFRS.
You will contribute to timely financial reporting, analysis, and close processes in a multinational environment.
You will collaborate across entities on intercompany accounting, VAT, and audits, driving accuracy and strong internal controls.
This role offers the chance to shape financial operations within a renowned luxury house and its Milanese heritage.
Retribuzione / Benefits
Manage day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, accruals and general ledger postings
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings in line with ITA GAAP, IFRS and group policies
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Assist in statutory financial statements and group reporting packages
Ensure compliance with local GAAP while aligning with IFRS reporting standards




Support intercompany transactions and reconciliations across international entities
Prepare and review VAT returns and assist with other indirect tax filings
Provide documentation and analysis to support internal and external audits
Maintain accurate accounting records and audit trails
Ensure adherence to internal controls and governance policies
Responsabilità
2 years of experience
Bachelor in Economics
Knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS is an advantage
Strong knowledge of MS Office
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
