LANXESS Latina seeks an experienced maintenance leader to own the maintenance function for our Lubricant Additives production site.
This role is hands-on with the plant and strategic in shaping reliability improvements and future site development.
Lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate contractors, and work with Production, Engineering and HSE to boost plant performance.
Manage budget and SAP processes while ensuring Seveso compliance and safe operations.
