Experteer Overview
In this role you will deliver advanced on-site technical support and specialized service to customers in the Industrial Automation unit.
You will manage repairs, inspections, maintenance, and warranty cases while coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring timely delivery.
You'll build strong customer relationships and provide on-site guidance, training, and reports to support ongoing service quality.

Conduct on-site service activities including inspection, maintenance and repair
Plan and prepare service assignments domestically and internationally
Assess workload requirements and coordinate service operations
Process warranty cases,



perform fault analysis and corrective actions
Prepare and deliver on-site training sessions
Prepare reports for internal and external use
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Maintain workplace orderliness and cleanliness
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Oversee warranty claims and service orders, coordinate sub-contractors
Responsabilità
Industrial Mechanic training or equivalent technical qualification (Electrical and basic PLC knowledge)
Professional experience as a Service Technician
Proficiency in English
Professional demeanor and negotiation skills
